Useful Books

As a product person, I want to deliver products that my customers love. They should be products that customers want to use, rather than products they feel they have-to use. And these products should be focused on the needs that my customers care the most about.

I am also very focused on viral adoption strategies. How do we create product experiences that cause existing users to effortlessly expose our products to new potential users.

It is these interests that influence the kinds of books that I read.

Below is a list of books that have helped to shaped my perspective on product over the years. I hope that you find a few of them useful.

Over the next few months, I will add descriptions for each book which will highlight why it is of interest to product people.
